Pleasantly surprised Positive: It was awesome having 2 bdrms with their own full bathrooms and VERY comfortable beds. The owner thought of every convenience from providing toothbrushes to cling wrap. Jason was very quick to reply to my questions, even offering to have a repairman come by to install a new bedroom TV cable box since that TV was unusable without one. I would recommend this unit as there's a lot of bonuses for the price. Negative: Though the owner has no control over the child care business next door, it is somewhat noisy and can be heard in the apartment, not overly loud, but still noticeable in early mornings.

Enjoyable Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at this Rehoboth Beach apartment. The space was well appointed and included many of the little “creature comforts” that made it feel more like a home than a typical rental. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing toiletries similar to what you would find in a hotel. Those small details made a difference and showed that the host put thought into the guest experience. Overall, this property has a lot of potential. With some minor improvements to the cleaning and a little more attention to the technology/setup, this could easily become an awesome place to stay. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities and would definitely consider staying again if those areas were addressed. Negative: That said, the cleanliness in a few areas took away from some of the otherwise positive aspects of the stay. There were also a few technology-related issues that weren’t fully addressed during our stay and could use some attention.

The condo was cozy and well equipped, and the location was secure and well maintained

Simple Stay Near the Beach Positive: The location was great for beach activities; it was close to many restaurants and the DART bus that takes you right to the beach. Accessing the unit was easy breezy, and parking was uncomplicated and easily accessible. Negative: There was a pervasive moldy/mildew/humid smell throughout the unit, but especially in the master bathroom. The host provided an air purifier that pretty much had to be on 24 hours per day to combat the smell. As a person with a sensitive respiratory system, this caused issues with my breathing and was generally uncomfortable for all guests. The bedding and towels could use a refresh as the pillows were completely flat and the towels were poor quality.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Positive: Spacious, clean and well-appointed. Negative: A little noisy - but expected it as Rehoboth in peak season has a lot of traffic.
