Chic Beach Condo | Near Rehoboth & Lewes Beaches

Simple Stay Near the Beach Positive: The location was great for beach activities; it was close to many restaurants and the DART bus that takes you right to the beach. Accessing the unit was easy breezy, and parking was uncomplicated and easily accessible. Negative: There was a pervasive moldy/mildew/humid smell throughout the unit, but especially in the master bathroom. The host provided an air purifier that pretty much had to be on 24 hours per day to combat the smell. As a person with a sensitive respiratory system, this caused issues with my breathing and was generally uncomfortable for all guests. The bedding and towels could use a refresh as the pillows were completely flat and the towels were poor quality.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Positive: Spacious, clean and well-appointed. Negative: A little noisy - but expected it as Rehoboth in peak season has a lot of traffic.

Positive: Great, central location to Rehoboth & Lewes beaches! The place was well appointed with comfortable beds, and nice, updated bathrooms & accessories! Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like! We flew in from GA so we didn’t have beach towels. A few of those would be great.

Nice condo, great location and the owner Jason, was very accommodating. Positive: The condo was great! When we arrived, there was a problem with the water heater so we called Jason. He had his maintenance person there in 15 minutes and he corrected the situation promptly. Wonderful response. We had a very nice stay and would stay there again.

It was a short drive from our home and we made the most out of it, even during the rainy days. Positive: The location was perfect, right near great restaurants and the Tanger Outlets. Negative: We had a nice time at the Condo, however it smelled like a dog or cat had sprayed themselves somewhere in the bathroom and large bedroom on the carpet area and it was a strong smell.
